I am a therapist practising Nutritional Therapy, deep tissue massage, reflexology and aromatherapy in the beautiful and historic south lanes area of Brighton. I have the benefit of 5 years of training, and 3 and a half years of hands on experience.
I believe in total wellness through good food, exercise and getting some help from people like me to sort out any physical or spiritual issues you may have.
My aim with this blog is to share a bit of my knowledge and experience with you. After all, everyone knows that they need to exercise and eat less rubbish – but not necessarily why or what it will do for you.
